Handmade Items — Processing & Production Time All handmade items in our shop are crafted with care and made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be made and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Standard Items Non-handmade items typically ship within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Carriers & Methods We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Shipping method and carrier are selected at our discretion to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times after shipment are 3–7 business days for standard shipping.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise noted at checkout. Please check back as we continue to expand our shipping options.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist where we can — reach out to us at [your contact email].
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
